2010. Book folio and prints
This was a series of prints and folio I made to honor the memory of the lives taken at one of multiple Concentration camps I visited as a young child. The Blues ink symbolizes the tattooing and faded ink as timed passed as well as the human lives lost. Green is for land mass and maps. Red is for the pain and old architecture and the paper has the look of old skin and documents. The prints like ones body will not last forever and will over time deteriorate since they are not archival. This body of work came from both my personal history as well as reading much on Eugenics and modern Theory.
